Meet Our Team
Gadareth A. Higgs founded Higgs Insights. He is a McKinsey healthcare and life sciences consulting alum with a Yale Molecular Biology PhD, and Bioinformatics MS. He also set up the Precision Oncology Services business unit at a leading healthtech company, and led transformational changes in Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality at an energy terminal in the Bahamas, which allowed it to be sold for three times its purchase value in less than three years.
He has extensive experience covering acquisitions, advanced analytics, audits, due diligence, Lean process improvement, mergers, operational strategy, product launches, quantitative research, service creation, and transformations.
Mitchell M. Medina is a McKinsey alum with a Duke Law J.D. and an Electrical Engineering M.S.E. from Arizona State University. He founded and led a boutique law practice in New York, and previously held leadership roles in defense projects at General Dynamics, where he managed multi-million-dollar operations, and contributed to aerospace systems development at Boeing.
Mitchell has extensive experience in corporate strategy, growth innovation, M&A, and operational transformation. He has advised world renowned clients on healthcare technology due diligence, large-scale staffing optimization, and multi-year innovation roadmaps across sectors including finance, government, and technology.
His expertise covers business structuring, digital marketplace launches, leadership, M&A, negotiations, operations, strategic diligence, and transformation.
Genymphas B. Higgs is an experienced technical consultant with a Biomedical Engineering PhD and Epidemiology MS from Drexel University. His expertise bridging engineering and public health has successfully guided companies in introducing innovative medical devices globally. As part of the FDA’s MDEpiNet, he coordinated a multi-institutional evaluation of practical real-world data sources for regulatory consideration.
His extensive human subjects research experience has been leveraged in multi-million dollar high-throughput clinical studies to develop health algorithms for wearable tech. He has also conducted health economics assessments for post surgical complications and has studied patient adoption of smart technologies for post-surgical care.
